Adrian is Managing Director and Chief Data Officer at iCapital, where he is responsible for empowering the company to make smarter decisions and improving operational efficiency across the organization. Prior to joining iCapital, Adrian was the Chief Technology Officer and Technical Co-Founder of Artivest, a leading technology platform for diligencing and investing in alternatives. At Artivest, which was acquired by iCapital in 2020, he was responsible for developing and executing on the technology and product strategy of the company.
Financial Technology has been a through-line in Adrian’s career. As a senior member of the Back Office Technology team at Bridgewater Associates, he focused on stabilizing and optimizing middle and back office systems to increase operational efficiency and provide critical functionality needed to trade complex financial products at scale. Before joining Bridgewater, Adrian ran the Market Data Technology Specialist team at FactSet Research Systems. As a Senior Systems Engineer at Factset, he built systems that were responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of the Factset realtime infrastructure along with detailed data gathering and analysis of client usage, system performance, and product feedback across Factset products. Adrian graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in Computer Science.
