  • BISA Technology Innovation Award, 2024 for iCapital Architect, 2025 for iCapital DLT
    • iCapital was honored with the 2024 BISA Technology Innovation Award. Through this award, the Bank Insurance & Securities Association (BISA) recognizes leadership in the advancement of financial service industry products, services, and platforms through technology innovation. In selecting a winner, BISA highlights a new technology innovation. Criteria includes: whether the innovation is a new technology or an improvement to an existing technology; novel or noteworthy characteristics of the innovation; the unique value it provides to financial institution distributors and their end customers; and the long-term impact that the innovation will have within the industry. Winners are reviewed and determined by the BISA Awards Committee and the award is presented during BISA’s annual convention. There was no cost for consideration for the award, but iCapital is a BISA member. The award is a members-only award and presented to a BISA member each year.

 

  • CNBC’s list of World’s Top FinTech Companies 2024, 2025
    • iCapital has been named on CNBC and Statista’s “World’s Top FinTech Companies” list for 2024 & 2025. On this list, CNBC and Statista recognize 250 companies in eight different market segments. These market segments include payments, neobanking, alternative finance, wealth technology, financial planning, digital assets, business process solutions, and banking solutions. The list is based on the analysis of general and segment-specific key performance indicators (KPIs). These KPIs are derived from research of publicly available data points and an optional open online application. Collection of publicly available data includes research conducted between March and May 2024 regarding relevant KPIs in sources such as annual reports, company websites, and media coverage. iCapital did not submit an online application for this award and there was no fee required to be considered. CNBC and Statista then used a multi-level weighting approach, assigning general KPIs a weight of 40% and segment-specific KPIs a weight of 60%, within each market segment to derive a score for each company. Companies with the highest scores were ultimately awarded on the list.

 

  • Euromoney’s Private Banking Awards: World’s Best Technology Provider for Wealth Management 2024, 2025
    • iCapital was named the World’s Best Technology Provider for Wealth Management as a part of Euromoney’s Private Banking Awards 2024, 2025. This award recognizes the best in private banking services globally and regionally. The program covers the business areas of private banking and wealth management that are most important to an institution’s key stakeholders, board and executive management teams. Euromoney’s awards honor companies that can best demonstrate how they have excelled in providing their clients with the best advice, service, and solutions through technology innovation. Winners are selected by a panel of industry experts and Euromoney’s research team. Criteria considered include product originality, client and revenue growth, team structure and market share. In order to be considered, candidates were required to submit an entry using frameworks specific to each category and participate in an interview of senior management to describe the company’s achievements, innovations and performance over the 12-month award period. No fee was paid for consideration.

 

  • FinTech Breakthrough Awards 2019, 2025
    • iCapital was recognized in the FinTech Breakthrough Awards in 2025 and 2019. In 2025, iCapital was honored with the Best DeFi Asset Management Solution award, while in 2019 iCapital was named the Best Banking Infrastructure Platform. FinTech Breakthrough Awards aim to recognize the most innovative products, companies and individuals driving significant advancements in the financial services industry through breakthrough technology in a range of categories, including wealth management, personal finance, lending, payments, banking, investments, RegTech, and InsurTech.. Candidates include companies, organizations and individuals worldwide who have developed innovative products, solutions or services that impact the financial industry. Winners are chosen by a panel of independent industry experts from within the financial services space, including technology startup leaders and veteran technology executives with experience in a range of information security positions and perspectives. Each judge assigns s score for each candidate, which are compiled to generate a cumulative score for each entry. Criteria considered includes Innovation, Performance, Ease of Use, Functionality, Value, and Impact. Submissions with the highest scores within each award category are selected as finalists, representing the top FinTech breakthroughs in their respective fields. iCapital was specifically recognized for its white label technology program, which allows the asset and wealth management industry to integrate a customized version of iCapital’s end-to-end technology solution with an existing legacy platform to help manage operations and administration of alternative investments. While no fee was required to be considered for the awards, iCapital did pay a fee for promotion of the award.

 

  • FinTech Magazine: Top WealthTech Companies, 2025
    • iCapital was named to FinTech Magazine’s Top WealthTech Companies list in 2025. This recognition highlights firms delivering innovative technology solutions that support the wealth management industry. The list is curated annually by FinTech Magazine editors and research staff, who evaluate firms based on innovation, impact, industry leadership, and ability to address current challenges faced by wealth and asset managers. Companies may be considered through editorial research and nominations. No fee was required to be considered for the award, though iCapital may pay a licensing fee to use the award logo after receiving the recognition. Inclusion on the list is not necessarily indicative of any particular client’s experience or a guarantee of future performance.

 

  • Inc. 5000: Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America, 2024, 2025
    • iCapital was recognized on Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 list of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America in both 2024 and 2025. The Inc. 5000 ranks privately held U.S.-based companies by overall revenue growth over a three-year period. To qualify, companies must be independent, privately held, and meet minimum revenue thresholds. All applicants must provide revenue figures, which are verified by Inc. Magazine. No fee is required to apply for consideration, though honorees may purchase licenses for marketing use. Recognition on the Inc. 5000 list is not necessarily indicative of future growth or performance, nor of any particular client’s experience with iCapital.

 

  • InvestmentNews Annual Awards – Excellence Awardee in WealthTech, 2025
    • In 2025, iCapital was named an Excellence Awardee in the WealthTech category at the InvestmentNews Annual Awards. The awards program recognizes firms, initiatives, and individuals driving innovation and advancing excellence across the financial advice and wealth management industry. Nominees submit written applications describing their initiatives, and a panel of judges consisting of industry leaders and InvestmentNews editorial staff evaluates submissions on criteria such as innovation, measurable impact, and client/advisor benefits. There is no fee required to be considered, although honorees may pay a fee to license the use of the award logo. Receipt of the award is not necessarily indicative of a client’s experience or a guarantee of future results.

 

  • Private Asset Management Awards 2025
    • iCapital was named “Best Alts Solution for Private Wealth Firms” at the 2025 Private Asset Management (PAM) Awards. The Private Asset Management Awards-presented by Private Asset Management magazine-recognize excellence in the wealth management industry. For the category of Best Alts Solution for Private Wealth Firms, PAM evaluates the breadth of access and services across a range of alternatives including hedge funds, private equity, private debt, real estate and infrastructure. Business growth, innovation, infrastructure, service levels, access to top quality managers and usability for the private wealth firms and end clients utilizing the platform or other solution were considered. In particular, key criteria included demonstration of top-quality client servicing standards, including client testimonials, access for private wealth firms to a broad range of alternatives and top-quality managers, and strong business growth and innovations that have supported this upward trajectory. Winners were selected by a judging panel consisting of leading wealth managers, advisors/consultants, service providers and other industry experts. Nomination or receipt of a PAMA is not necessarily indicative of any particular client’s experience or a guarantee that the firm will perform in the future as it did during the period evaluated by PAM. No fee was required for consideration, but iCapital did pay a fee to attend the 2025 annual gala.

 

  • Structured Retail Products (SRP) Americas Awards 2025: Best Technology Provider and Best Broker-Dealer, 2025
    • In 2025, iCapital was named Best Technology Provider and Best Broker-Dealer at the Structured Retail Products (SRP) Americas Awards. The SRP Americas Awards recognize excellence among firms active in the structured products and derivatives markets across the Americas. Firms are evaluated based on criteria such as innovation, product development, distribution, risk management, and client service. Winners are determined by a combination of quantitative analysis conducted by SRP’s research team and qualitative assessment from an independent panel of industry experts. No fee is required to be considered for the awards, though honorees may pay a licensing fee to use award logos after receiving recognition. Receipt of these awards is not necessarily indicative of any particular client’s experience or a guarantee of future performance.

    • Nominations for this award were limited only to subscription paying members. Institutional Capital Network, Inc. pays a subscription fee to be a member.

 

  • WealthManagement.com “Wealthies” Industry Awards, 2024 for iCapital Architect
  • WealthManagement.com “Wealthies” Industry Awards, 2022, 2019, 2018
    • iCapital has been honored at the 2024 WealthManagement.com Industry Awards as the “Best Alternative Investment Platform.” iCapital also won the award in 2018 and 2019. The Best Alternative Investment Platform category honors a new or enhanced initiative that innovatively facilitates the trading, research, processing, reporting and tracking of alternative investments. The winners, including iCapital, were selected by a panel of fourteen distinguished judges in the industry, and were announced at an award ceremony in New York City. The WealthManagement.com Industry Awards, are presented annually by WealthManagement.com, a financial advisory industry publication from Informa. Companies and organizations are invited to complete a nomination application describing an initiative within several available categories that supports advisor success. WealthManagement.com also invites nominees to provide supplemental information to support their nomination in the form of third-party testimonials and/or confidential growth, user or performance metrics. A panel of industry experts selects the finalists and winners based on qualitative and quantitative performance indicators. Nomination or receipt of a WealthManagement.com Industry Award is not necessarily indicative of any particular client’s experience or a guarantee that the firm will perform in the future as it did during the period evaluated by the Award judges.   • WithIntelligence Private Asset Management (PAM) Awards – Best alts solution for private wealth firms category, 2025
    • iCapital was named the winner in the category of Best Alts Solution for Private Wealth Firms at the 2025 WithIntelligence Private Asset Management (PAM) Awards. The PAM Awards recognize the top service providers in the private asset management industry, with a focus on performance, innovation, and dedication to client service. Firms submit applications highlighting achievements, services, and client outcomes over the prior year. Winners are selected by a panel of independent industry experts convened by WithIntelligence. There is no fee required to apply for consideration, but honorees may pay to license the use of award logos. Recognition by the PAM Awards is not necessarily indicative of any particular client’s experience or future performance.

 

  • Asian Private Banker Technology Awards: Best Private Markets Solution, 2024
    • iCapital was named “Best Private Markets Solution” at the Asian Private Banker Technology Awards. The award submissions were assessed by Asian Private Banker’s editorial and research team, who took into consideration a variety of factors ranging from product originality, client and revenue growth to team structure and market share. To be considered, companies had to submit an application following frameworks specific to each category, followed by an interview allowing senior management to describe the company’s achievements, innovations and performance over the 12-month award period.

 

  • Forbes Fintech 50 Award 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024
    • iCapital has been selected in Forbes Fintech 50 list, which recognizes companies that make a deep impact on consumers and businesses through innovation. To qualify for the Fintech 50 list, businesses must have either headquarters or substantial operations in the U.S. and be private as of the date of publication. Other criteria considered includes: growth in sales and/or users over the past year in comparison with competitors; whether the company has a publicly live, working product, or one that will be available soon; novelty of such product; and diversity of the company’s leadership team. Forbes defines fintech companies as those that apply technology to the categories of cryptocurrencies and blockchain, insurance, investing, payments, personal finance (budgeting, digital banking, consumer credit and lending, etc.), real estate, business to business lending, trading and capital markets and other business-to-business financial software. iCapital provided a series of written responses and interviews with Forbes prior to receiving the award. The Forbes team of reporters and editors spoke with industry investors, analysts, entrepreneurs, and experts over a months-long judging process to evaluate hundreds of companies in order to build the list. In 2024, Forbes divided applicants into four sub-categories; iCapital was listed in the Investing category. iCapital did not pay any fee to be participate in the consideration, but iCapital pays Forbes a licensing fee to utilize the logo after receiving the award. Inclusion in the Forbes FinTech 50 list makes no guarantee to future performance and may not be representative of a platform user’s experience.

 

  • Great Place to Work Portugal 2024
    • iCapital was named in Great Place to Work’s 2024 Best Workplaces Portugal list. Specifically, iCapital earned a spot on the list for companies with between 201-500 employees in Portugal. In selecting the annual awards, Great Place to Work identifies organizations to receive a “Certified” seal through a “Trust Index” questionnaire that is completed by each organizations’ employees. Organizations that earn a 65% or higher on the questionnaire receive the “Certified” seal, and only those “Certified” organizations are eligible to be ranked on the Best Workplaces list. The survey analyzes the organizational environment and the employee experience in the following dimensions: credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and camaraderie. The Great Place to Work Committee considers the opinions of the organizations’ employees as demonstrated through the survey (which corresponds to 75% of the final grade) and the evaluation of people management practices to ultimately select the organizations recognized on the list. There is no fee required to be considered for this award.

 

  • MMI/Barron’s Industry Awards – Thought Leadership/Education, 2024
    • iCapital was honored in the 2024 MMI/Barron’s Industry Awards in the category of Thought Leadership/Education for its educational video series Beyond 60/40. This category recognizes new programs, research, educational campaigns of content that meaningfully advance industry knowledge and understanding of topics key to the future of advisory solutions. To be eligible, nominations must reflect original programs or content launched since June 2023 that drive the industry forward by increasing industry or investor awareness and understanding of key investment advisory and/or wealth management topics. Winners were chosen by a specially-appointed MMI Awards Steering Council, which consists of representatives from all segments of MMI membership. The Council is entitled to enlist the support of outside subject matter experts at their sole discretion. In considering nominations, the Council evaluates whether submissions show innovative, needle-moving programs and content that help elevate industry and investor knowledge and have proven effectiveness with metrics showing strong engagement, influence, and impact.

 

  • Private Equity News’ 50 Most Influential in Private Equity 2024 – Marco Bizzozero
    • Marco Bizzozero, iCapital’s Head of International, was listed on the Private Equity News’ 2024 50 Most Influential in Private Equity list. In order to be included on the list, nominees submitted applications that were judged independently by the Private Equity News team. Criteria considered included nominees’ teams’ size and standing in the market, track record over the past 12 months and their wider influence through industry groups and regulatory committees. Nominees were required to be based in Europe. The list is not ranked.

 

  • SPi Awards 2024: Best Wholesaler, Best RIA Platform
    • iCapital was honored in the 2024 SPi Awards for Excellence for Best Wholesaler and Best RIA Platform. SPi’s annual awards recognize outstanding participants in the structured products industry. To be considered, each candidate had to submit a written application for the award, highlighting the firm’s achievements, innovation, and performance over the last twelve months, alongside core data. The Best Wholesaler award honors the best wholesaler in the United States for structured products, based on position in the sector and breadth of offering and post-sales service. The Best RIA Platform award honors a platform that has demonstrated a proven track record of the quality of services, including cutting-edge technology, post-sales support, and educational support. The winner was selected after a thorough analysis of each submission by an independent jury chaired by Tiago Fernandes. Considerations included market share, as well as an ability to demonstrate growth, relative outperformance compared to other participants, and an ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, including innovation.

 

  • SRP Service Provider Americas Awards: Best Multi-Issuer Platform 2024
    • iCapital was named Best Multi-Issuer Platform as a part of the 2024 Americas Awards by SRP, StructuredRetailProducts.com. This award recognizes an institution with exceptional contributions servicing the structured products industry. Submissions were accepted from index providers, asset managers, stock exchanges, associations, law firms, fintech firms, and other industry practitioners. iCapital was nominated for the award by SRP and there was no fee to participate. Winners in each category were selected based on a Survey of the Market and an Editorial submission. The Survey of the Market required all respondents to the SRP Americas 2024 survey to vote for one candidate in each award category and determined a shortlist for each category based on total number of votes received. The Editorial aspect required candidates to provide a 400-word written submission for evaluation by an independent panel of judges convened and chaired by SRP, which ultimately selected the winners. Criteria for the Best Multi-Issuer Platform category included the breadth of coverage and diversity, and innovation.

 

  • Technology Innovators Top 25 Fintech CEOs 2024
    • iCapital Chairman and CEO Lawrence Calcano was listed in the Technology Innovators’ Top 25 Fintech CEOs of 2024. This annual list recognizes exceptional CEOs who exemplify the innovation and leadership required to navigate the challenges of the modern financial landscape. The final list is selected by the editorial team at Technology Innovators based on an evaluation of each CEO’s or leader’s career to date, including the magnitude of impact on the financial technology industry, demonstrated leadership achievements, dominance in their specific sub-specialty, organizational strength, and company growth capabilities, among other factors. There is no fee required to be considered for inclusion on the list, but iCapital did pay a fee to participate in content and branding.

 

  • The Financial Technology Report’s Top Companies: WealthTech, 2024
    • iCapital was named in the Financial Technology Report’s list of Top Companies in the WealthTech category. The Financial Technology Report publishes annual “Top Companies” lists highlighting fintech companies based upon evaluation of the companies’ caliber of products and solutions, management team, organizational makeup, and reputation in the market. The evaluations were based upon the companies’ self-reported answers to questions related to such categories. Nominations for this award were limited only to subscription paying members. Institutional Capital Network, Inc. pays a subscription fee to be a member.

 

  • The Wall Street Journal CEO Council List of the World’s Most Influential Decision Makers 2024
    • iCapital Chairman and CEO Lawrence Calcano was listed on the Wall Street Journal’s 2024 CEO Council list of the World’s Most Influential Decision Makers. The list includes all members of the CEO Council, which is limited to CEOs and Chairs of major companies as determined by the Council. Membership on the Council is acquired through self application and is subject to the approval of the CEO Council. There is a membership fee required for membership on the CEO Council.

 

  • Wealth Solutions Report CMO 10: Top Wealth Management CMOs 2024

  • BuiltIn Best Places to Work Awards 2023
    • iCapital was named in BuiltIn’s 2023 Best Places to Work Awards. Specifically, iCapital earned a spot on the “Editor’s Choice: 100 Best Hybrid Places to Work” list. Each company on the “100 Best Hybrid Places to Work” list offers the mission, work, and benefits sought by hybrid job seekers. The annual awards include companies of all sizes, from startups to the enterprise, in tech hubs across the United States, as well as hybrid and fully remote companies. The award recognizes the best tech companies for tech professionals. BuiltIn determines winners for “Best Places to Work” using company data about compensation, benefits, and cultural programs. Winners are selected using BuiltIn’s algorithm, which assesses a score for perks and benefits information and compensation information. Each of these categories represent 50% of a company’s assessment. While there is no fee to be considered for Best Places to Work, the information is provided by the company. Each reward is weighted based on which perks and benefits BuiltIn candidates care about the most.

 

  • Fintech Global WealthTech 100 – Selected 2023
    • iCapital has been recognized on the WealthTech 100 list as one of the world’s most innovative financial technology solution providers addressing the digital transformation challenges and opportunities faced by asset managers, private banks and financial advisors. The WealthTech100 list is produced by FinTech Global, a specialist research firm providing comprehensive data, valuable insights and powerful analytical tools for the global FinTech industry. To select this year’s list, a panel of analysts and industry experts evaluated criteria including industry significance of the problem being solved; growth (capital raised, revenue and customer traction); innovation of technology solution; potential cost savings, efficiency improvements, impact on the value chain and/or revenue enhancements generated for clients; and importance to executives in asset management, private banking and financial advisory. Submission for consideration required written responses to various questions, but no fee was required to participate.

 

  • Forbes – One of America’s Best Startup Employers 2021, 2022, 2023
    • Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to identify the top employers from a list of over 2,600 up-and-coming American businesses. The list features companies that were founded between 2011 and 2018 and employ at least 50 people, and that were established independently, rather than being launched from an existing enterprise. To determine the list, each organization was evaluated based on three criteria: Employer reputation, based on a review of articles, blogs and social media posts pertaining to each employer, searching for specific phrases, such as “corporate culture,” “diversity,” and “employee engagement.”; Employee satisfaction evaluated from online reviews; and Growth, as examined by the organizations’ website traffic and head counts over a two-year period. The Best Startup Employers have been identified by analyzing more than 7 million datapoints. The data is gathered via a social listening campaign and extensive desk research. All data was gathered in Q4 of 2022. In the first step of a gradual approach, organic growth and size were considered to narrow down an initial longlist of more than 10,000 companies to 2,600 companies that qualified for the in-depth analysis.

 

  • MMI/ Barron’s Industry Awards Winner – Solutions Provider of the Year 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023
    • The Solutions Provider of the Year category honors solutions providers that exemplify innovation in delivering better outcomes for financial advisors and investors. The nomination review committee selected finalists providing “needle-moving advisory-related technology and services that contribute to innovation within the investment advisory solutions industry and improve the investor and financial advisor experience.” The winners in each category were determined by a vote of MMI member firms. The MMI/Barron’s Industry Awards recognize innovation and leadership in the investment advisory solutions industry. Companies and organizations are invited to complete a nomination application describing an initiative within several available categories that supports advisor success. Nominations are reviewed and evaluated by the specially-appointed Money Management Institute (MMI) Industry Awards Steering Council and by the MMI Membership Experience Committee (MEC). The Steering Council and MEC consist of representatives from all segments of the MMI membership. At their sole discretion, the Steering Council and MEC may enlist the support of outside subject matter experts to help review the nominations. After carefully reviewing the nominations submitted, the Steering Council and MEC will determine a slate of finalists in each award category. If appropriate, in certain “open” award categories, the Steering Council and MEC may elect to propose separate slates of finalists representing Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Solutions Providers, etc. Award winners are determined by a vote of primary contacts at each MMI member firm.     • iCapital Securities LLC was named Best Independent Broker-Dealer in 2022 by SPi. This award recognizes an institution with a proven track record of quality of services to the Financial Advisors community including innovation, post-sales, and education support. To be considered, each candidate had to submit a written application for the award, highlighting the firm’s performance over the twelve-month period from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, alongside core data. The winner was selected after a thorough analysis of each submission by an independent jury chaired by Tiago Fernandes. Considerations included market share, as well as an ability to demonstrate growth, relative outperformance compared to other participants, and an ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, including innovation.
