Stephen is a Managing Director and General Counsel of iCapital, where he oversees legal and compliance matters for the company. Stephen is also co-chair of the firm’s Corporate Risk Management Committee. He is also a member of the company's Operating Committee. Prior to joining iCapital, Stephen was Chief Operating Partner and Co-Chair of the Corporate Department at Herrick Feinstein, an AmLaw 200 law firm, where his practice focused on hedge funds and private equity funds, as well as mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
