Scott Pangbourne is a Managing Director on iCapital’s Private Wealth Solutions team, where he partners with clients to deliver alternative investments with a focus on defined outcome solutions. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Axio Financial, a leading provider to the U.S. structured notes market that was acquired by iCapital in 2021. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in the structured investment space, including prior positions at Wells Fargo, Natixis, HSBC, and Credit Suisse. He holds a BS in Finance from Niagara University.
