This is a list of certain of the legal entities that are affiliates of “iCapital” (such term is defined as Institutional Capital Network, Inc. and its affiliates) that provide certain services for you. This list may be updated from time to time and an updated list will be posted on this website with a “last updated” date.

The following are certain of the iCapital parties that enter into contracts with various counterparties:

1. Alaia Capital LLC – SEC registered investment adviser to m+ funds.
2. AlphaKeys Fund Advisor, L.L.C. – a relying investment adviser and general partner to investment funds (registered and private) available through designated distribution channels.

5. iCapital Advisors, LLC – SEC registered investment adviser to private investment funds sponsored by iCapital affiliates.
6. iCapital AI GP LLC – registered commodity pool operator and sponsor, general partner, and managing member (or equivalent) of investment funds (registered and private) available through designated distribution channels.
7. iCapital AI Manager LLC – registered commodity pool operator and sponsor, general partner, and managing member (or equivalent) of investment funds (registered and private) available through designated distribution channels.
8. iCapital Annuities and Insurance Services LLC – registered insurance service producer that makes annuity products available on the annuities and structured investments platform.
9. iCapital, Inc. – holding company for the iCapital family of companies.
10. iCapital Fund Advisors LLC – SEC registered investment adviser for the iDirect Multi-Strategy Fund
11. iCapital Markets Holding LLC – holding company for iCapital Markets LLC.
12. iCapital Markets LLC – SEC registered broker dealer, member FINRA and SIPC, and an affiliate of iCapital, Inc.
13. iCapital Network Canada Ltd. – registered investment fund manager, portfolio manager and exempt market dealer where required in certain Canadian provinces and territories.
14. iCapital Registered Fund Adviser LLC – SEC registered investment adviser, commodity pool operator and sponsor, general partner, and managing member (or equivalent) of investment funds (registered and private) available through designated distribution channels (iCapital RFA Holding LLC acts as a manager for this entity).
15. iCapital Services LLC – an iCapital entity involved in the provision of certain technology supported services.
16. iDirect Private Credit Advisors LLC – SEC registered investment adviser for the iDirect Multi-Strategy Fund

18. Institutional Capital Network, Inc. – iCapital entity performing various services, providing certain functionality, and holding various intellectual property rights.
19. Institutional CN (Europe) –Empresa de Investimento, S.A. – registered with the Portuguese Securities Market Commission as an investment firm holding an RTO license.
