Henrique Francisco

Managing Director,
Chief Technology Officer

Henrique Francisco is a Managing Director and the Chief Technology Officer at iCapital, and member of the Management Committee. He is responsible for overseeing technology and infrastructure investments, integrating acquisitions and developing and scaling IT solutions to support our platform worldwide.

Prior to joining iCapital in 2025, Henrique served as Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at PineBridge Investments for six years. Before that, he was Senior Vice President and Head of Distribution, Marketing, Transfer Agency, and Digital Technology at OppenheimerFunds Inc. Henrique also spent 17 years at Morgan Stanley, where he held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Director and Head of Client Technology for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, and Head of Technology for Alternative Investments, Managed Futures, Insurance, and Annuities during the firm’s integration with Smith Barney Wealth Management.

Henrique holds an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in Brazil.
