Magdalena is a Managing Director and the Chief Marketing Officer at iCapital. She runs worldwide marketing which includes brand, communications, PR and media, advertising, content, digital strategy, events, market intelligence, and marketing operations.
Most recently, Magdalena was the Chief Marketing Officer for Microsoft in Canada, where she was responsible for leading and building a world-class commercial marketing organization. Notably, she led the modern marketing transformation, which outperformed the market and took share from competition for Cloud solutions. Pandiloska played a pivotal role in transforming the brand into the #1 commercial brand in Canada and earning multiple industry awards for innovation.
Before joining Microsoft, Magdalena led marketing efforts on a global scale at various organizations, such as Dyson, TORLYS, Seavus, and Ein-Sof. She earned a bachelor’s degree in international business from St. Klement Ohridski University, Macedonia, Europe. She actively serves in her community, on the board of directors of MMBA basketball association, and as a former member of the CMA MarTech, DEI and B2B committee.
