Michael Kushner

Michael is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of iCapital and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He leads the Performance & Risk Management department, which includes the functions of Corporate Finance; Corporate Development; Legal, Regulatory & Compliance; People & Workplace; and Risk Management & Corporate Services.

Prior to joining iCapital, Michael spent 19 years with JPMorgan Chase & Co. and three years with Credit Suisse, where he held various senior finance and risk management positions in the investment bank and corporate divisions in the New York and London offices. Michael earned a BS in finance and an MS in accounting, both from American University in Washington, D.C. Michael and his wife have three daughters and live in New York.
