About the Role

iCapital is rolling out our new identity management platform focused on helping highly regulated financial institutions streamline their investor onboarding process including accreditation verification, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Know Your Business (KYB). Our platform offers state-of-the-art solutions that help these institutions comply with regulatory requirements, prevent fraud, and provide seamless, secure user experiences. With an emphasis on automation, security, and scalability, we’re driving innovation in the identity verification and compliance space.

This role is crucial in supporting our accreditation process, ensuring our products and services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. This idividual will work closely with the senior accreditation team, product managers, and engineers, aiding our clients to navigate relevant accreditation frameworks and certifications.

Primary responsibilities will include accredited investor onboarding and application review, customer support, document verification, and client communications. The position involves a significant amount of client interaction, document review, online database research and independent thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Accredited Investor onboarding and application review:
    • Review accreditation applications to confirm the applicant meets SEC accreditation verification requirements.
  • Document verification:
    • Follow internal guidelines to verify investor documentation is authentic, flagging any suspicious documentation and escalating to compliance for further review.
  • Customer support and client communications:
    • Work closely with users and partners to answer questions and resolve issues in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Authenticate identity documentation:
    • Verify applicant identity and evaluate customer risk, communicating with applicants as needed.
  • Know Your Customer:
    • Assist in sanctions review, evaluating user matches in accordance with KYC/AML and CDD protocols.
  • Database Research:
    • Conduct research by accessing and analyzing U.S. and international databases, articles, statistics, and other relevant information to determine the authenticity of documentation and/or the identity of the investor.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience collecting/reviewing proof of income documentation, proof of net worth documentation, legal agreements, government IDs and/or other official documents
  • Familiar with identity management platforms, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and security protocols
  • Experience with audit software tools and reporting systems.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and 506(c) regulations is a plus
  • Experience with software tools such as Zendesk and Mixpanel is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented and attentive
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious and analytical

Benefits

About the Role

Capital’s US Alternative Investment Distribution team is looking to hire an Alternative Investment Specialist to support a new series of accredited investor focused offerings created in partnership with some of the world’s leading alternative assets managers. This individual would be part of a small team tasked with raising capital for these offerings in partnership with iCapital’s Alternatives Distribution team, the asset manager, and on a standalone basis. The target clients for such capital-raising efforts are independent broker dealers, registered investment advisors, private banks and wire-houses. Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive capital raising plan for covered geography, channels, firms, and advisors. 
  • Work with adjacent iCapital businesses and asset manager partners to educate advisors on related asset classes and new offering(s) through centralized and local tactics.    
  • Guide iCapital Marketing and Research teams to create collateral, support calls and webinars and product focused campaigns.    
  • Become proficient in all aspects of the product(s) and sub strategies to fill the role of wholesaler and product specialists as required.  
  • Travel regularly in the market to attend industry conferences and meet with key clients and prospects.  

Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of experience working within the alternative investment industry in a client facing capacity (e.g., Investor relations at placement agent, private equity capital raising, external wholesaler, client portfolio manager, product specialist)  
  • Willing to work on a commissioned-based sales plan after a ramp-up period  
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

About the Role

iCapital Network is seeking an Associate for the Asset Manager Solutions EMEA team, based in Zurich, to contribute to the development and execution of iCapital’s international expansion strategy in the region.In this role, the Associate will support the business management, business development and relationship management activities of iCapital with a primary focus on Asset Managers operating in the EMEA region. iCapital’s rapid international expansion creates an opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. This position will be based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Asset Manager Solutions team in EMEA and US in executing the business development strategy with a focus on Asset Managers
  • Support the Head of Asset Manager Solutions, based in Zurich, with business management, planning and execution
  • Organise and support a robust and sustainable pipeline of prospective clients 
  • Nurture strong relationships with existing clients, bringing a solutions-oriented mindset and client-first approach
  • Create materials to educate clients on iCapital’s solutions and capabilities
  • Provide constant feedback from the field on competitive landscape, investors’ appetite, trends and share with colleagues globally
  • Build strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationships

Qualifications

    • Solid academic credentials
    • 2-5 years of solid work experience in the Asset Management industry, with a demonstrated track record in delivering high quality solutions to internal and external stakeholders
    • Able project manager and ability to organise and structure a multi-faceted workload
    • Skilled in commercial and operational management and execution
    • Entrepreneurial approach to managing projects with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills with demonstrated capabilities to build trust, and seek to align stakeholders at all levels
    • Highly collaborative, and able to think strategically about business opportunities and client management
    • Ability to work independently with a strong appetite to work in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment, self-motivated, with a hands-on attitude
    • Fluency in English required

About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an A/V Support Associate to join the Corporate Technology team. This role will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, peer technology groups, and third-party vendors to support the company’s rapidly growing corporate A/V footprint. This includes physical locations in the US, Canada, Portugal, Switzerland, London, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong.

The team is responsible for A/V design, implementation, live event support, service and maintenance as well as maintaining Microsoft Teams and Zoom collaboration software architecture working closely with all groups at iCapital to deliver a high touch experience. This role will report to the A/V Services Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Liaison assigned project installations and live events, coordinating project timelines, overall vendor coordination, and A/V needs with event stakeholders, as well as performing onsite pre-event kickoffs to ensure successful installations. 
  • Perform both on-site and remote support on all A/V systems, conference room digital signage, and live event support across all offices, as well as Tier 1 level on-site A/V service and maintenance. 
  • Manage corporate Microsoft Teams and Zoom accounts and backend administration.  
  • Maintain strong relationships with the iCapital Corporate Technology teams to ensure alignment in service operations and delivery of cross-functional collaboration solutions.  
  • Perform quality checks on A/V equipment, vendor work, and maintain A/V documentation.  
  • Ensure that the end user’s workplace experience is positive and modern.  

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience executing delivery project management on the service and maintenance of audio-visual integrated systems, installation, live events, digital signage, and equipment for conference rooms 
  • Strong knowledge of A/V collaboration technologies such as Neat, Polycom, Crestron, Logitech and BiAmp 
  • Experience with Zoom platform administration including Zoom Meeting, Phone, and Room 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration, including Teams, Room, and Equipment resources 
  • Apple macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android experience are required 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both senior business users and teams to deliver effective solutions 
  • Strong process orientation, project management experience, problem-solving ability and strategic mindset 
  • Effective customer service skills and high touch support experience 
  • Excellent attention to detail while balancing multiple projects 
  • Desire to discover and learn new technologies to improve the conference experience 
  • Bachelor's degree and/or certifications 
  • CTS certification is required 

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
