This is a list of certain of the legal entities that are affiliates of “iCapital” (such term is defined as Institutional Capital Network, Inc. and its affiliates) that provide certain services for you. This list may be updated from time to time and an updated list will be posted on this website with a “last updated” date.

  10. iCapital Annuities and Insurance Services LLC – registered insurance service producer that makes annuity products available on the annuities and structured investments platform.
  11. iCapital, Inc. – holding company for the iCapital family of companies.
  12. iCapital Fund Advisors LLC – SEC registered investment adviser for the iDirect Multi-Strategy Fund
  13. iCapital Global Alternatives, LLC – a relying investment adviser and registered commodity pool operator to investment funds available through designated distribution channels.
