NEW YORK, NY — (BUSINESS WIRE) — iCapital1, the global fintech platform driving the world’s alternative investment marketplace for the wealth management industry, announces that Magdalena Pandiloska has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer and joins the firm’s management committee reporting into iCapital’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Lawrence Calcano; while Christine Dusek assumes the position of Senior Vice President, Global Head of Communications reporting to Pandiloska.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Pandiloska will oversee worldwide marketing and communications, including branding, advertising, content, digital strategy, events, market intelligence, and marketing operations. With more than two decades of global marketing leadership, she joins iCapital from Microsoft Canada where she served as the Chief Marketing Officer responsible for the modern marketing transformation that propelled the brand to the top commercial spot in Canada. In addition, she served in executive marketing leadership roles at Dyson, TORLYS, Seavus, and Ein-Sof.

As a veteran communications advisor, Dusek has served as global communications lead at a top strategic communications consultancy, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, IqVia, and Ruder Finn, and began her career as an investment banker at Bankers Trust Company.
