Tuan Lam

Tuan joined iCapital in September 2024 as Head of Asia Pacific.  In this role, he is responsible for establishing iCapital’s growth plans for the region. He focuses on leading and managing client development & servicing, product & structuring, technology, and operations teams across Asia Pacific.

Tuan joined iCapital with over 30 years of experience in asset and wealth management, alternatives investing and investment banking. Recently, he was a Partner at Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for key strategic client relationships and served in various leadership positions, including Chairman of the Client Solutions Group and Head of the Client Business for Goldman Sachs Asset Management in Asia Pacific ex-Japan. He was also instrumental in building the Alternative Investments & Manager Selection business in Asia. Before rejoining Goldman Sachs in 2006 as a Managing Director, Tuan spent several years at DBS Bank building the private equity and mezzanine lending businesses and was also appointed Co-head of Global Financial Markets for North Asia.

Tuan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He also earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University.
