Peter Horacek

Peter is a Managing Director and Head of Structured Investments Distribution at iCapital. He joined iCapital from its acquisition of Axio Financial, where he led their Structured Investments business.

Previously, Peter co-founded Financial Products, LLC, a broker dealer focused on third party distribution of structured investments, serving as its President and CCO. Prior roles include Head of Global Investor distribution at Credit Suisse Asset Management and various management positions at the Dreyfus Corporation. He obtained a BS from the State University of New York, College at Old Westbury, an MBA from Hofstra University and holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
